Insurance Information

We will file all insurance plans that have an orthodontic benefit on our patients' behalf.  While we are an out-of-network provider that does not mean that we are out-of-reach.  Most dental plans have identical in-and out-of-network orthodontic coverage.  We provide insurance verification as comprehensive part of the new patient process so that all of our patients are aware of their plan's orthodontic benefit.

Most insurance companies only pay for comprehensive orthodontic treatment once in the lifetime of the member or dependent, so choose an expert who will not only provide the proper treatment plan, but who will administer it at the ideal time.

In fee comparisons, consider the treatment value. The Smiles by Lyles treatment fee includes all x-rays and photos, impressions,  braces, a power tooth brush, a braces starter kit, all necessary retainers, replacement brackets, and retention visits.
